- integrates the whole real estate portfolio
- divided in 3 sections (Smart Navigation, Personal Case, Advanced Search)
- directly interacts with the company CRM (Client Relationship Management) and the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) from which it derives all sales info and to which the current client’s personal data (Personal Case) can be uploaded
- supplied with a CMS (Content Management System) will make it possible to develop new info structures, add new projects, upload or delete objects
- an Adobe Flex development
- is hosted on a dedicated web server
